Advice: How to not lose hope and win against smurfs? (Solo and 5-stack)

So after months (or years) after hating on smurfs, calling for them to get banned, and literally nothing changing, I've just basically accepted my fate as a midlaner and carry that 90% of the time they will be on the enemy team and I just have to deal with it. Whenever I post about smurfs almost no one here gives a shit and defends them.

So fuck it, Ill move on. What I wanna know is, how to WIN or atleast increase my chances of winning against them?

So typically in a solo ranked scenario, games against smurfs usually go like this. I notice that enemy midlaner is doing things that I've not seen anyone in my bracket do. They are extra smart in every detail of the way. Around 9-10 min they start snowballing with lots of farm and some kills. This is when my teammates and I check their profile and usually see that its level 25-30, with multiple rampages on their profile in the last day and no trophies, no battlepass, no skins, no soul. I automatically think, "ah ok, cool, another one". Usually my motivation is extremely low at this point. My teammates are flaming me for "being noob report pls" and everyone is kinda doing their own thing. So the game just goes out of our hands and we get farmed in our base basically.

So what can I do to mitigate this situation? Check their profiles way before game starts so I can be more careful with drafting? What if they also cheese pick last?? What should I do in laning stage? Should I tell my teammates in mic to gank them early on and be hyper-aggressive? Or should I be extra defensive and vigilant? Should I shit talk them from min 0 and distract them?

Next scenario, the 5-stack. This one is even more notorious. Lately I dont even like to play 5-stack with my friends anymore. Which is a shame because I love actual 5v5 dota. Its because me and my friends all have our own honest, hardworking, just-the-one account. However we then face weird as fuck 5-stacks with low rank accounts with low levels that play much better than their friends who are 2-3 entire ranks above them. For example, we had this weird matchup previously. Their mid was Herald 3. However they also had a legend 2 in the team and bunch of archon/crusaders. What then happened was their herald 3 mid actually beat our archon 5 mid easily in lane, doing things he had not seen before, and then promptly snowballing and going on a murder spree. At the end of the bloodbath of a game the herald 3's score was like 33-0-15 while the rest of his team with original accounts sucked ass. This is just one example.

Anyways here, what should we do when we encounter a smurf who is usually their lowest rank and goes mid or carry? Should we also be really aggressive? What should our mentality and tactics be?
