Am I wrong to mald about the MG scavs?

I completely understand the "git gud" position if thats what any of you believe in this scenerio. I haven't played much streets yet besides getting all the quests done, and wasn't aware there was an MG pointed directly this way. I've spent the last 3400 hours in this game learning to steer clear and abuse the absurdly tuned AI, and I guess the "git gud" lesson here is just to not spend more than 1 second in front of any of the Concordia staircase windows. I definitely won't be doing that again.

However, I still cannot help but mald about this situation. I don't feel like AI just RNG killing you (besides bosses) belongs in this style of game. Maybe you disagree, that's fine. From a lore aspect, I don't think a starving drunk scavenger should be able to kill another player that quickly IMO. I barely have any time to react after seeing that first green tracer fly towards the building before I'm dead. And from a game design standpoint, I think the game should be encouraging players to stay in raid as long as possible. Killing them arbitrarily robs them of other expirences and PVP they have the opportunity to engage in that raid.

Rather than just mald though, let me present an alternative scenerio: I get up on 3rd floor window as I did in the clip, and rather than the AI targeting my thorax as every single MG Scav does and killing me on the second shot, he begins firing full auto suppressing fire for a second in my direction but not hitting me, Giving the player just enough time to move out of the way. If the player is stupid enough to continue standing out of cover, you should start taking shots to your legs/arms/stomach. You're not dead, so you can continue to stay and actually play the raid, and maybe have the chance to fight another player. But you're also severely injured enough to learn a lesson from that encounter.
