I've been thinking about it for a while. I guess we're going to see them (propably), in future expansions, but let me tell you a few of the characters who I have in mind.
- Jad Karadin: In my opinion, he looks like like an interesting, manipulative and rather cynical character from the Witcher 3's quest. I suppose that he would be added in Syndicate since his residence is at Gildorf, in Novigrad.
- Renfri: I mean, a lot of people have been asking for her. I can assume that she's going to make it eventually.
- Khagmar: In Blood and Wine, after a certain point (No spoilers) , we can learn that Khagmar was in short, a higher vampire who had decided to go wild, making entire villages into a bloodfest over a night or so. Long story short, he was a really aggressive higher vampire and I would definetely like to see him making it into the game (Perhaps as a legendary even).
- Little Red: Again, I won't spoil (just in case), the quest in which you get to meet that girl but all in all, she is a werewolf who has under her command a band of bandits. I can imagine seeing her either as a neutral (Obvious bandit synergy), or maybe in Syndicate but in my opinion she would be cooler as a neutral.
- This is a bit more multilayered. In Blood and Wine, there is an option (No spoilers), to get into the land of a thousand fables, where there's a number of classy tales who are alive. It'd be nice to see some of these tale characters making it into the game as well, more likely as neutrals.
- Tomira: Everyone who played the 3rd Witcher title knows her. In my opinion she could have some alchemy synergy as a neutral. (Skellige would like that)
Also as a sidenote, it'd be nice to return some gimmicky characters (or monsters), like that talking ghoul in the Witcher 1.
It'd be nice if I've heard about what do y'all think and/or add even more characters who could and should take a place in Gwent.
Thank you for your time.
Quick edit about the fables: I know that there are a couple of existing cards already based on the land of a thousand fables. I was just thinking about what if we could get a few more of these, they'd seem fun.
