It's the worst wipe I've played, from 120 fps to 5-10 fps for 3-4 seconds including game freezes for about 4-5 seconds as well, only factory seems to be ok. I have the same settings, everything LOW, nvidia settings set to performance not quality and everything most people recommend, this wipe however it's really not cooperating with me.
I've lost so much gear to freezes in the middle of the fights and I am not able to figure a fix for it.

I7-7700k 4.5ghz
16gb of RAM 3000mhz

Every drop in the chart represents the 120 to 5-10 fps, there are no background apps running besides discord.
Drivers are up to date.
