Candywork strategy bullpen

ok lads, the Diretide webpage and even the candyworks itself says basicly nothing for such a complex system. We're gonna have to figure out strategy ourselves. Here, I'll start:

• There are exclusive diretide sets you can craft for. After rerolling mundane items and the new couriers a couple times, my shop pulled up an absolutely sick greevil-themed diretide exclusive warlock set
• That set costs 12 pieces of candy. A full row of candy is 10, and the other two rows for a total of 30 unlock through the battlepass. Someone who hasn't unlocked the shop improvements through the battlepass can't store enough candy for the custom sets. Arcanas might cost even more? Do you need a tier 3 shop?
• Three of my four candy conversions are 4>4, but the first one lets me trade 1 stonehall sweety for a helio gumdrop and a silkmire sugar string. Is it guaranteed for someone to get a single 1>2 conversion and three 4>4 conversions or is it random?
• None of my 9 bags dropped helio gumdrops. The exclsuive set I have for trade costs five of them, they're the most common product and least common cost in my candy exchange. Is that luck, or do they not drop from sacks? Are some candies valued more than others for exchange, or is it random what candies are the product and cost of exchanges?

I'll edit in more as I figure stuff out, but I can't really get more info on a lot of stuff without burning rerolls, which would also get rid of my sick warlock set offer, which I have no idea the rarity of.

How about you? Anything else neat you've found in your trade rolls? Do your exchange patterns match mine, or is it random? How valuable are 1>2-style exchange offers? How much candy do arcanas cost? Have you gotten any helio gumdrops from sacks?

EDIT: got my hands on one of my friends' candyworks pictures. 2 sacks, no gumdrops. His exchanges are 4>4, two 2>2 and one 2>3 . Maybe every set has one favorable exchange? You can get chests from the most recent battlepass as a trade offer, he got an ageless heirlooms for 10 candies. I'm gonna go play diretide and see how that candy for playing system works
