Hey guys. Maybe you would be able to help me. I'm currently trying to buy tickets for the Major here:
When it directs me it asks me to create an account (which I did) and then to add my card details (which I did). But after that it asks me to add the address details of the card. I enter it accordingly but then it disallows me to proceed. The button just becomes grey. When I try to enter random address details and select my address country as US I can continue. I can even go to the finish line and confirm the order with my card but then it just says that my payment details are incorrect.
When I go to this website and go to my personal details I see that for some reason I am registered in US??? It cannot be changed, I tried to create different accounts and it's still the same.
I just want to buy tickets for the Major but this payment provider is just a pain the ass. Could anybody give me a helping hand and show me how to buy tickets there? Maybe other people from other countries (apart from UK, US, Sweden as it seems like this website doesn't think that other countries exist as well) experience the same problem…
