cheat sherpa ?

I'm East Asian player,not native speaker.
if there is a proper noun for this kinda situation please let me know.
BSG banned barter for stoping direct RMT, and the biggest cheat provider maybe got police raid.
BUT
in east asian cheating market there are greater business interests in "cheat sherpa".

those buyers not direct cheating, but pay to cheater for escorting raid,rare loot,boss kills even for pmc kills.
but still keep their account clean.

so if you got experience getting cripple in 1 sec, maybe isn't that cheater not using aimbot, but there was another rich cunt coming for end you.

in this industry, most cheaters are using hijacked account, so banning them doesn't cause they any problems,moreover there are tons of players quit this game everyday.

IDK is there any solution for this problem? Ban anyone team-up with cheater ?
I hope BSG notice this problem anyway.
