Codex can’t be completed??

So the last top-level category I have unconfirmed for Inner Orion Spur is "P-Type Anomaly".

Checking Spansh I see that the only system in the entire region is the same as what the codex lists: Pru Aescs NC-M d7-192 which is some 9100 light years from the bubble.

I thought it was weird that Spansh only lists the one for the region, so I did a google search, and have found on a player-submitted FD forum bug list (shockingly, or not, FD doesn't even report this in order to save the ridiculous amount of time that would be wasted) that the P-Type Anomaly can't be found or it can't be scanned, something to that effect.

What's also odd is that this codex entry shows as reported by a player, not rumored, which means that person actually managed to scan it.

My question is this: is there still really only one location with the P-Type Anomaly, and is it still bugged and can't be found or scanned?

My concern of course isn't just Inner Orion Spur. I figured I'd give up trying to complete the codex for this region and go somewhere else, but if the codex can't be completed here, maybe it's bugged elsewhere as well?? I can only imagine how pissed I'd be to travel 9000 light years only to find out the thing can't be scanned or even found. Even worse by a long shot would be to go through the near eternity to get to another region and try to complete its codex only to find out it can't be done. Since the game robs us of first discovery, unlock rewards, and now biology samples for the dumbest reasons that fanbois and FD apologist sycophants try to weave BS "lore" around to try to make it make sense, the codex is the only thing we have in the game that guarantees "recognition" of unique discoveries, even if not the first time it's discovered (still a terrible, infuriating situation when the game robs me of that).

So how about it? Can the codex really be completed or is it still bugged?
