[Discussion] STW Private Server?

I've known about a game launcher / server for Battle Royale called RIFT that allows you to surf through older seasons of fortnite and trigger live events by yourself, and I've heard that Epic Games has (under certain conditions) approved of this servers existence.

What if we had one for STW, where we (can't launch into other players games or access the main game) can load into any mission and at any level, modify hero loadouts and weapon perks outside of their limitations, access old or unreleased missions, and more. This can be a great way to play the game how you want and whenever you want, as well as get a taste of all the content the game has had from then to now… just like what Rift is used for. Just like Rift, however… you cannot use anything that requires purchase with vbucks (such as outfits, wraps, e.t.c) and you can't access any online server or mission outside of the private server. I understand this is a huge ask, but please… if you can do it, do it for us who are passionate for everything STW, do it for STW just like they've done it for BR.
