Dota’s whole system broken at lower levels

Last thirty games I've been not been reported, not abandoned, all the commends. Only gained 600 conduct. Meanwhile there isn't a thrower/griefer occasionally. It's EVERY fucking game. I've been playing carry in every of the 30 games and go look at any of my games there's someone who will steal farm, afk jungle, refuse to ward, lose mid and then flame. And these can never be reported. It's a joke

If you don't have anything to say about that then you can give advice on how to farm with Zero support, zero wards and zero space in 75% of games. I am trying to focus on my games and get better but it's uphill. Last two games. Mid just gets reamed because I've been on a win streak so Dota has shuffled matchmaking and it's GG. And you can't say that every team has throwers because you can look at my games and you will not find players that throw as hard as my Necro Pos 5 1/18/5. I've checked. Closest is an 8/17/11 huskar
