Well, I just went to my little core farm, and as I'm going back to the portal, what lumbers out of the mist? An abomination. Well, I have my mace because it's the swamp, like, ya know? And, of course, neither the mace not the Stagbreaker do shit from shinola to that sonofagun. Neither would my bronzehead arrows. So, Fire Arrows it was! I went into the swamp with 67 Fire Arrows. Came out with 16. There were a couple of Draugr following me, too, but the abomination must have killed them with collateral damage when it smashed like three trees into them. They were nowhere to be found when I sauntered back to my portal with two broken pieces of armor.
Two blobs joined the fun, but the Stagbreaker made short work of them. Blocking the Abomination was awfully tough. Good thing I had a tasty mead with me so that I could recharge my stamina way faster while running and shooting. FINALLY got him. Got the trophy, too, which was cool. And, five root. I left the guck behind. I can always get more from the sacs.
I saw this one gal on YouTube, though, and she fought an abomination while naked while only using the abyssal razor. It was wild! I thought they might be a little easier than everyone said. NOPE! How she did that, I will never know.
