Honestly, the game is incredibly fun. Infuriating at times, but fun. Yet, there is one problem I have and it relates to ore. No, I am not suggesting you should be able to teleport it, rather, I think it should just weigh less.
I think it should match the same weight as similar items like stones, obsidian, etc. I don't understand how 200kg/lbs of iron is needed to make a 0.8kg/lbs sword. There is already a limited inventory via number of available slots, and finding and mining ore is labor intensive enough. When you also factor in pick durability, the inability to transport it via teleporters, lack of material respawn, and increased dangers at night, it's clear there are already plenty of pre existing mechanics to balance the player's speed of progresion. I guess what I'm really saying is I just think it would be nice actually fill a stack any time I go mining.
