Fortnite support sucks

Hello! Around 1.5 – 2 years ago, my epic account was hacked, and very shortly after completely stolen meaning the backup information was all changed/deleted so there has been zero way for me to Access this account. I have gone through I think around 30 or so tickets with all the same response of "We cannot confirm this account is yours" I have provided so much information like IP addresses, past usernames, credit/debit card numbers, dates on creation, Invoice IDs, and much much more. I was told to stop making tickets for 10-15 months because I have made too many, and it will not to anything at the time. I have now taken around 11 months or so taking a break on this and basically giving up. Today (Nov 15 2023) I have tried once again but to no avail. I got the same response saying "we cannot confirm you as the owner" this is will even more information than Before. I have read so many reddit posts on this, talked to a ton of users on discord and even asked a few small streamers within those 11 months. All of which has had the exact same problem as I have and I would say probably 20%-30% of them said they got it back. I have been told "you need to keep trying, most employees at epic do not care but there are some that do and WILL get your account back no matter what" I don't know if I am super unlucky with the employees I have encountered on this… Adventure but I am willing to take any help given. My discord is SPXRK.y and obviously reddit DMs as well. If anybody has had this problem, or is currently having this problem please be sure to let me know and how to conclude these issues. T
