I just bought this game after being convinced by a friend to play. I played offline a few times and really enjoyed the gunplay. I watched some streams and am super excited to play. I love the punishing style of the game and have played similar shooters before.
After learning offline I decided to go in as a PMC for my first raid. I get into a match and i'm immediately kicked due to "Game aborted. Try reconnect". I try to recconect multiple times but never get back in. Literally lose my starting loot.
So i'm pissed and I try to play as a Scav instead. Somehow I have to wait 20 minutes to find a match. The second I find one I get kicked due to "Server connection loss".
Is this normal? Something on my setup? Did I get straight up scammed paying for this game?
