Has anyone recently succeeded in making “moving joystick to re-focus ED window” ?

For me joyfocus gives an error using latest ahk

I have not yet tried ED:runner

I would like to hear if anyone here knows of any other solutions ? Or any solution that worked for them recently and how did they make it work ?
