how do you counter lone druid bear split push?

I'm not very good, to clarify. I've been playing off and on for a long time (basically since the game came out) but am still not good.

Every time I am up against a lone druid it seems like they are playing their own game. No matter what we do as a team there is no way to reliably shut it down.

Once lone druid has ult he's not really burst-able so trying to focus him doesn't work so well as he's pretty tanky. All the while his bear is going ham on our dps or objectives.

Then lone druid can infinitely buy his team space by sending the bear everywhere to push objectives at essentially zero risk.

Yes, you can kill it and get a few hundred gold, but most lone druid builds make this very difficult to do because the bear is quite fast and all spells that work on heroes don't work on the bear (like disrupter glimpse for example). Even if you do kill it, LD will just re-summon it again anyways and keep pressuring you.

So either you split up your team to deal with the bear, which isn't even a hero, thus buying their team time to farm or to push a different lane.

Or you ball up and have to deal with essentially a 6 v 5 fight because LD becomes impossible to burst if he can press R and in all of my games the team doesn't have enough chain stun/silence (especially in a full teamfight) to kill him before he can press R.

What items counter this hero? What strategies can I use/encourage for my teams?
