So I just finished watching an 18 minute youtube video on Valheim speedrunning. It was NickRawcliffe’s. The dude finished the game in around 4 hours and 3 minutes (this was before mistlands).
He beat Eikthyr, Elder, Moder, and Bonemass naked. In that order. Using nothing but just campfires and clubs and other game mechanics. I stopped at that point since I didn’t wanna spoil myself on yagluth. The guy is probably the best example of efficiency and minimal time wasted.
It got me wondering. Personally, I have not been in the mistlands yet. Seeing the numerous posts on here though, I can tell that it is hard as shit. Even with top level black metal armor/weapons and food.
How would speedrunners approach the Mistlands? Would they still forgo wearing any armors? Weapon of choice?
I think beating all of Valheim currently would take at least 6 hours. But maybe I’m just underestimating speedrunmers too much.
