I mean it, and this is with over 2000 hours in this game.
Here's a list of things that need to be looked at that scavs still do:
Accurately shooting through trees, bushes, and other foliage.
Dropshotting, aka going prone and shooting at the same time.
Detecting that you're aiming at them even at 100 meters and further.
Near instant reaction times (not all the time but it happens).
Shooting through walls (rare, usually happens when you're near a wall on the other side of it).
Sniping with buckshot ammo in a shotgun.
Spotting and instantly going aggro on you from 150m (happens to me from Scav Island to the main road on Shoreline).
Walking and shooting while maintaining 100% normal accuracy (this is the most annoying one).
This is all I can think of at the moment, but I'm sure if I just played a match or two there'd be more.
This isn't just me complaining, this is me wanting to point out some issues that have a major impact on the game, and that I haven't heard been addressed officially by BSG.
Scavs with .366 caliber weapons spawning with AP ammo (one shots to the chest through level 4 armor, sometimes 5, and blacks and limbs it hits). They can spawn with 30-round mags of this, they shouldn't be spawning with it in the first place though.
EDIT: Guys, if you're denying that there's a problem with them, don't reply. You're either trolling, you don't play this game enough, or you're too bad or unexperienced to see the issue. I'm sorry, but that's the cold hard truth.
