If we have a lot of people blatantly cheating, how many people are closet cheating?

THIS ISN'T A CALL TO ACTION OR ME TRYING TO TELL BSG TO FIX CHEATS, IM MAKING THIS POST TO INFROM OTHERS OF CHEARTER BEHAVIOR, MY POST IS NOT VIOLATING ANY RULES.

I had an encounter today that raised this question in my head again. I was doing a customs scav, got an airdrop and was sitting in a bush waiting for the raid timer to get to 3:00 minutes so I could pop it. As I'm sitting in the bush and the timer approaches 3:00 I get shot at by a suppressed gun all the way from scav checkpoint, I was at zb1011 is a bush by the stash and I had been there for 4 minutes. I wasn't going to extract camp anyone I just wanted to pop my airdrop and leave.

This guy was easily 100+ meters away as he clearly wasn't past the wall and was probably on the mountain somewhere. He must have thought I was a normal scav as when I got up and ran he didn't chase me. As I was running I could still hear him shooting at other scavs from his spot. It is possible he could've seen me sticking out of the bush, but it's very unlikely, especially from that distance. And the fact that he missed his shots tells me he probably just had ESP on to make it less blatant the something like aimbot. I managed to run away but did not have enough time to extract and went MIA.

Point of this post is, if you encounter someone suspicious better off reporting them than to have benefit of the doubt if your report was not true than it will probably just be seen as a false positive or a rage report, but, if there are other consistent reports on that person then it is more likely going to get them banned. Just because they aren't aimbotting or flying doesn't mean they aren't cheating.
