Launcher stuck on “Working” after logging in through Epic

I haven't played in a while, but wanted to play with friends but I am unable to start the game. After I click on Login with Epic it's stuck on infinite "Working" screen. I have tried launching Epic with admin rights, logging out of epic and logging in, restarting Epic games launcher, even restarting the PC completely.
When I click on Login with a different Frontier Account, it says my account doesn't exist and I have an option to enter product key of the game to activate it. I have tried running just the exe file in the installed folder but it wants me to login so again, it says my account does not exist.
Has anyone experienced this issue? Any advice?
