Played a 140 Mission on Public. Is this some kind of sick Joke?

4-Player 140+ Ride The Lightning Mission
2 Archeolo-Jesses and 1 Lynx.
Lynx couldn't craft anything better than a 106 Xenon Bow and was constantly begging for weapons.
Archeolo-Jess 1 was spamming 144 spike traps.
Archeolo-Jess 2 was AFK for the entire setup phase.
I was building trap tunnels left, right and center.

Got through the first wave no problem, since all the husks died in the trap tunnels. But after the first Phase was done, somebody immediately started the second phase, before the spawns even showed up on the map.
I tried my best to put up effective traps as Explosions went on around me.
Archeolo-Jess 1 was inside of the Van's box, fixing it with wood.
Archeolo-Jess 2 was spamming their Stormking's Wrath.
Lynx was probably shooting Husks with their 106 Xenon Bow or something.

Is this some kind of insider joke that I'm unaware of or are Public missions always this bad?

Pay no attention to the Powerlevels, they seem to be bugged on the final screen. I assure you that this was a 140+ RTL mission.
