Hello all! First time posting, long time watcher.
I’ve played dota 2 a lot off and on over the past 6 years and I’m currently Legend II.
After taking a ~6 month break I’ve come back to playing a lot of Dota 2 and even went from Legend I to Legend III last week! (Dropped a rank) I mainly play Pos 2/4 because I like the roaming aspects and helping secure other lanes, I probably play 75% mid and I’ve found in this current meta, I hate mid. It seems like the MAJORITY of the time in my ranked games I play again “meme mids” like Ogre, Witch Doctor, Warlock & Dazzle which because they’re supposed to be strong early game in a lot of 1v1 situations they can just dominate mid lane in a 1v1 situation. I find I rarely play against traditional mid characters anymore which I usually win a small majority against and am playing against traditional supports non stop – has anyone else noticed this and been annoyed by it?
