Kind of a rant post so I apologize for the negativity. I would like to start off with how much I love Tarkov and how it's easily the most I've ever played a video game as I'm sure a lot of you can agree with me that you probably have as well. I love this game and I wish nothing but the success of this game so that it gets closer and closer to being an exceptional game as time goes on.
I remember when you used to find a really good key like RB-ST, West 301, or Violet on woods and sell it for millions of roubles. I also remember when people used to put red cards up for like 50 mil, which was fun and felt like an accomplishment because as long as they you had enough money, you could buy it if you really wanted one. The fact that you could spend a large chunk of your hard earned money that you've been gaining since the start of wipe on a keycard felt like an accomplishment. It gave you something to actually make roubles for. What do I spend them on now other than getting a kit together? The materials to craft ammo or moonshine to put in my scav case (which has been horrible) or maybe the 500k fee to put up a key that has any value? Looking at all of the keys being put up for a rivals armband and keycards just being put up for other keycards is stupid and lazy. If you look up blue, all of them are up for green, look at green and all of them are up for blue, and then people put red up for all of the fucking keycards. Do they really think somebody has all of the fucking keycards found in raid? Like do people use common fucking sense anymore with these barters? Customs Marked Room which has 10 uses now is up for keycards and rivals armbands, like come on.
TLDR: All of the good keys being up for barters just takes away from the fun of making money or running certain maps because all you really spend money on now is just modding out a gun for your next kit. The keys don't even have that good of loot anymore when comparing it to lighthouse so why are they only up for barters that nobody can actually do?
