Recently, ive noticed theres more ppl using scripts/macros than ever… In 10 played matches 3 was with/against a scripter. The problem with this is, 9 guys reported the same person and nothing happened to his account. Here is some of the footage of this person:

This case he uses another steam account, but uses the same name (dumb). Vision/auto-farm/pick up runes.

I know that pop should watch overwatch and flag this as cheating/hacks and i dont know if Valve do a VAC Ban in this case since nothing was detected at the time he was playing.But what happens when someone get flagged as cheater? He receives a VAC Ban or account is just prevented of queueing?
