SERIOUS talk: what will it actually take for Valve to REALLY hardwarde ID ban users like these?

This was a stomp beyond wildest belief, and its happening in 90%+ (!!!) of Immortal games as recently as of September, ffs.

I mean, what is there else to wait for? What else do veterans must go through, before getting Valve's attention? Where are the permanent bans for the smurf players' main accounts? How are they still able to create AND play on new accounts, from the same hardware? And dont get me on that spoofing shit, stuff isnt remotely perfect or easily available for smurfs.

So, developers: PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE and do something about rampant smurfing problem – the problem, may I remind you, that isnt welcome in Dota 2.
