SF fear not matching to whats written. Looks like lines are hitting multiple times on way out. One line hit me 3x

I got these numbers from the combat log. They are not subjective. These are the numbers. Match 7074494962

Total fear times from combat log when debuff applied and removed. Its down to server ticks I guess.27:30 BH hit by 3 lines but it looks like 1 in replay. total fear 2.8 seconds. Thank you combat log. doesn't match to .9 x3 for getting hit 3x does it. (up to a maximum of 2.7! in tooltip)

Magic resistance reduction isn't status resistance. Before you say that.

3050 Muerta hit by 2 lines. total fear 2.567 seconds. one line hits 2x again. its not 2 x .9 x 1.25 (80% status resist), that would be 2.25 sec. there are .2 sec between the single line hitting a 2nd time. Is it refreshing the fear and using total fear time when refreshed? that would be 2.45 sec then. that still doesn't match.

3410 BH hit by 1 line 2x. total fear 4.224 seconds. This time with SF talent it should be 2*1.2 *1.25 (80% status resist) that would be 3.0 sec. It was .133 between damage instances this time. 4.224 secconds!

What is going on here? Is it the coding? is it an exploit and they are hacking? If felt really suspicious how long these fears were despite being a good distance away. Is this status resistance not working right?
