Should all neutral jungle creeps use their spells?

Windranger DOTA 2 Hero Guides

I hadn’t thought about it much before but I feel like neutral creeps should use their spells when you’re jungling. Or at the least the discrepancy is kinda strange. Out of them all there’s really only Centaurs/Hellbears that use their stomps when there’s >2 units attacking them. And then there is Thunderhide ancients who use Frenzy and Slam, and then the Troll camp that summons skeletons if you time it right. But otherwise creeps don’t really use their spells, which I guess is kinda weird?

I feel like Ogres should also cast their frost armor upon attack, Harpies should cast chain lightning, Satyrs should cast purge, Wildkins should cast tornado, Golems should use bolder toss, and ancient Dragons should cast fireball.

Obviously this isn’t super important and it differs very greatly between early game and late game farming, but it is kinda strange once you consider it.

On one hand it would be more consistent and dynamic for every jungle creep to cast their spells upon attack, which presents its own issues in terms of balancing, but could make jungle farming more of a strategic game. On the other hand, I also wouldn’t be upset with NONE of the jungle creeps using their spells on attack, and then their main use in terms of spellcasting would be Chen/Enchantress/HotD users.

But as it stands it seems kinda silly that only Centaurs/Hellbears use their spells when jungling (90+% of the time out of all neutral spells that are actually cast).

Not that it even has to be an all-or-nothing scenario, but it could also nerf jungle stacks and the heroes that can most easily sop up jungle farming with their spells/skills.

Idk I just feel like it would be more interesting if you were a Medusa getting your attack speed slowed by frost armor or a Leshrac being slowed by a Satyr purge in between camps.
