Some of the operational tasks are properly whack. Completely useless

E.g: I got a fence daily to kill FOURTEEN pmc's in 24 hours.

In over a thousand hours I'm not even confident that I've killed fourteen PMCs during scav runs.

Absurd. Complete waste of space, arguably more annoying to have and not be able to complete than never even have.

These tasks could be easily tuned if someone wrote a balancing script for them. All you need to do is shift the central value + standard deviation of those quest assignments based on how often people actually complete the quests. Pick a "targeted completion" threshold (30%? 50%?, knowing nikita it might be like 2%) and then just have PID controller loop into a good spot. Give rewards based on randomly shuffled material that matches a value connected to the difficulty of the quest (e.g. 3k rubles / kill, randomly select goods to give back based on tier of the quest and "net value" of the quest).

These are lazy and badly set up. Its frustrating because it would be so straightforward to make them half decent.
