First of all i have Steam Guard ENABLED!!! In the night of 21.11.2022 (Monday) i woke up to notification e-mails from Steam.As it shows on the screen shot:
What happened was someone or some bot used the money i had on my Steam Wallet (652 Turkish Lira,TRY) and bought a worthless P90 (CSGO skin) and then began selling my items immortals etc. as it shows on the screen shot.While this happening i have not receieved a single notification from my phone (it should be asking my confirmation).They sold about 8 pages of skins without a single notification.I have managed to save couple of skins by changing my password and then i Disabled my STEAM GUARD so it would disable buy or sell anything from steam market.I have contacted steam support and they said some interesting things first they suggested that my PC might have some sort of virus,then they told me to enable the STEAM GUARD(my guess the person answered didnt get that i disabled the STEAM GUARD on purpose).They said they cant do anything about any skind or money(i knew that already).Finally when i asked how is this poosible that i did not get a single notification for these activities from my STEAM GUARD (phone) not a single confirmation was needed for these.I dont wanna write this down so ill just share the message i got from the support.SO BASICALLY THEY DONT KNOW HOW IT HAPPENED.I also would like to mention that i didnt click on any links or any other things that could be related to this.(i am careful about shit like that).Even tho i am pay attention to small things this kinda disasters happens on steam.I dont really care about any items (skins) or the money that was on my steam wallet.I just wanted a straith answer.I thought i should share this to spread awareness.Here are the answers i got from STEAM SUPPORT.
