I read a few post here and there ppl claiming they didn't get insurance back when they should. So I tried to pay extra attention and in the last few days I had 2 cases where I'm 100% should've gotten something back but didn't:
1) Went to Woods trying to get Shturman (obv. he wasn't there), so I sat on sniper rock for a long ass time just hoping to get something in front of my scope. It was a dead ass raid, barely saw any Scavs, no PMCs, heard no shots. With like ~3 mins remaining on the clock I went down to get to ZB016. I dropped my backpack and tried sliding down. Well I fucked up, dropped too far and died to falldamage. This was 3 days ago and I didn't get anything back. Prapor gave me the "oI I SeNt mY DoGs tO LoOk fOr yOuR StUfF" message but nothing afterwards, no "sorry someone was faster". While there might be unfathomable small chance that I somehow dropped right in front of a player Scav and he looted me, there is just no way he would've made it to an extract. And since I insure EVERYTHING I should've gotten something back, even if its just my balaclava. But I got nothing.
2) Needed to hunt some Scavs on shoreline so I went there, stayed extra long. I got to Road to Customs with only minutes to spare. Before I could extract I heard Gorilla stomping and huffing and puffing. Someone else was pretty late and so I killed this loot Pinata (I'm sorry if this was you, I didn't extract camp it was just a bad luck :3). Since I didn't have time I just dropped ALL my stuff and took his whole Identity. I extracted with ~40s on the Raidtimer. I didn't get anything back from this raid either. Nothing. Prapor still gave me the "looking for your shit" message but that's it.
I don't know whats up with it, I just wanna raise awareness so that more ppl try to be on the lookout. Maybe someone can find some definite prove. I'll also try to get some video evidence in the next few days because shit ain't working right.
