USA EFT folks, remember to file your tarkov taxes – the deadline is today 4/18!
Couple quick tips:
- Taxes are owed on bitcoin mining – You owe tax on the entire fair market value of the crypto on the day you received it, at your regular income tax rate
- Profits from the scav junk box are treated as gambling winnings
- Please make sure your scav is filing their 1099 as well
- Bartering for items does not absolve you from your tax burden
