The STW mission “start” system needs significant changes.

First of all:
I uploaded the whole Match on YouTube as a unlisted Video (https://youtu.be/xg2qi7W9PUc) just in case someone want to see this Masterpiece of a Mission in 8x Speed since the whole Mission needed about 18 Minutes, would have posted it here on Reddit but you cant Post a Video + a large Text. 🥲

I also don't want to criticize anyone here, we were all new to STW at some Point and not everyone can do everything perfectly from the start, I want to use this post much more to say why I think the mission system in STW needs to be reworked as soon as possible, i love this Game but currently i don't have much fun with it, especially because of this.

*Real Start of this Post:*

After all these years i finally decided to go for my last missing achievements to get the Exclusive Banners Ingame and the Trophies on Playstation.
Build buildings, rescue survivors, play missions with others. There is no problem with the first two, pure grind but doable after a while, but the last one is an absolute disaster at this point.
It's not bad enough that normal public lobbies don't count as "Play with others" Matches despite randoms you don't know, no you also have to play with the most incompetent new players I've ever met in a game.

It's okay to be new to a game,
It's okay to be bad at a game,
It's not okay to not even be able to do something as simple as press the "Start Mission" button.

I am playing STW since April 2018, sometimes more and sometimes less active, I openly admit it's my fault that I didn't do these challenges earlier, but this has never happened to me in these 4 years.

So while I tried to continue to play missions with randoms i finally landed in a normal mission after a few Stormshield Defenses, at first I thought I could rush the mission and quickly jump into the next one, unfortunately I have misjudged something.

Needed 5 Trys to start the Mission before it started without Votes.

It was me who built the defense, it was me who farmed the Blu-Glo and it was me who nearly got kicked because according to the Game i was the one who we're Inactive. 🤨
How is that possible? I interacted with the Bus the whole time and the Game was like "Nah Bro he is definitely Inactive since Minutes!" 💀

After the mission has finally started after the 5th attempt, the defense was easy, unfortunately with 10 minutes wasted time in between which would not have happened with a different mission start system.

This brings us to the end of my "Mimimi" post, thanks for reading through my more than bad English, I doubt that anyone understood everything I wrote, I hope that you still somehow understand the sense of what I'm getting at, furthermore, here is now a list of things that I would do differently. I doubt that anything will change in the near future but I still wanted to get my thoughts out somewhere where they can be heard. Thanks. 💜

Things i would Change in STW:
➡️ Text Chat Comeback (Either complete or at least with small notes so you can tell them to start the Mission).
➡️ Count "Public" matches as "matches with others", that would really be the best, it would make so many things so much easier.
➡️ Possibilities to start earlier, no matter if teammates vote or not. (Decrease the time limit to start without vote)
➡️ Stop counting Votes from Players who aren't voted as "No".
Example 1:
1 Yes, 3 abstentions = Yes wins, it's your own fault if you don't vote.
Example 2:
1x Yes, 1x No, 2 Abstentions = If the player who voted "Yes" has a MUCH higher lightning level than the player who voted "No" -> start, if lightning level is the same/lower/not much higher -> No start
