Tired of getting killed by player scavs?

Is anyone else absolutely tired of being killed by other player scavs??? I’m friendly 100% of the time, most the time I’m not even kitted, do my little dancey dance yet I get clapped by some ass rag at least once a day trying to do a simple run. The karma system in place is a prime idea, but still seems to not be enough to incentivize players to stop being toxic. Should there be worse penalties? Like full on time bans for even PMC/docking skills/harder scav time bans-stacking 15 minutes each friendly fire kill ect.

I hate when I COULD kill someone first but I don’t because I’m not a cock head. Sometime I can tell when someone is being sketch but still don’t fire first cuz I’m not taking the karma hit. Most the time if they get the first shot, they’re probably getting the last shot too. I’m getting to the point where it’s about to be on sight for all scavs. Anyone else feel the same??? It’s not every scav I run but when it does happen I’m ngl, I get absolutely furious. “I could of fucking got him” but I don’t because I hesitate.
