posting this in hopes it helps someone because it really helped me, if not then keep using low settings.
this might even be an issue on just my system as tarkov is known to be random in performance

I used to have constant freezing every couple seconds in tarkov on lighthouse, streets, sometimes other maps but not as much
i tried changing every single setting and doing all the optimization guides, even overclocking my cpu and i still had freezes ingame
the only setting i didnt change was shadows as ive always heard low was the best option, but changing it to high fixed 90% of my performance issues and instead of 50-60 average on streets i can run it at 60-90 now (some areas ave more than 100 fps)
heres a pic of my settings:
Luma sharpen made no difference in performance and looks better for me and i also did enable some settings just for a better look, so keep that in mind, im still testing otherwise
