Using AFMU and repair limpets during AX combat?

I outfitted my Phantom with a 5D AFMU and a 5A repair limpet controller, because that's what I had handy and I already used up all my hull modules. I'd like to get some tips on how to best use those and how much I should downsize and engineer these two for use while taking on thargoids. Right now I'm just fighting Cyclops and getting the hang of repairing stuff after every heart while he's got his shields up.

– When I repair 3 modules at once with AFMU, does each of them repair slower?

– My 5A limpet controller is supposed to handle 3 limpets, but only one if you're repairing yourself? Will I get the same results with a 1A then?

Here's my current build. Any suggestions on how to make it run colder while I'm shooting gauss? Should I shoot only two at once?
