what are some fun arcade game modes?

so this guy and i became friends playing diretide back then and tbh we had so much fun with that, but after diretide we haven't been able to play much together sadly

here are the reasons for that:

1. he doesn't want to commit too much to dota, play for ranked and such

2. played some allpick but it didn't go well tbh, i either had to play mid and stomp since the level of the game was lower than my mmr(we usually match with heralds in 1.5k myself, not too high anyways), or play side lane with friend and we were not that coordinated and i didn't want to tell him what to do(for example when we are winning the lane i kinda wanna put more pressure on the lane or maybe he rotates and such, but he starts jungling as pos 5. it's fine anyways its allpick but when we lose we both feel like shit. i can't convince anyone on the team to do anything btw unlike ranked, for example as brood i made roshan secure but they just go hg for no reason. anyways allpick isn't the mode for us

3. he doesn't like turbo. i understand why

4. i don't like all random, ability draft and such

and yea that's all, i kinda wanted sort of a fun mode we could play casually, was thinking of tower defense modes like back then in Warcraft but idk any on dota 2, also would be awesome if the mode made us interact more with eachother and not require too muh teamwork cuz we are bad at that

TL;DR: my friend and i are looking for a fun casual game mode to play together besides ability draft all random and deathmatch modes. arcade modes would be nice
