Like only getting around 40-60 fps with a lot of stuttering despite all graphics on low. GPU and CPU usage on MSI afterburner is around 50%. Here's the rig I have:

2560×1440 144hz monitor and a side monitor 1920×1080 at 60 hz.
P much all graphics on the lowest.
