I have been running a game with my husband, father in law and sister for two years and we've definitely all figured out our different niches and ways to annoy each other when we're playing together.
Our toxic traits are:
Me: being an obsessive organizer and yelling at people when things are not being stored in crates in a discernably organized way.
My sister: obsessing over her chicken farm and giving a name, personality and most of these chickens are of course off limits for us to kill and eat
My husband: has main character syndrome whenever he is playing and just assumes that we're always following him around and gets mad if we don't. Basically in his mind he's the Red power ranger and we're all in formation behind him.
Father in law: always putting down random chests and portals and things and saying it's temporary but never actually going back to like clean that up or make decisions about the province of the temporary portals
