Right now there are only a few potentially resilient units in the game. Of these, only a few care about armor:
Gabor Zigrin
Zoltan Chivay
Yghern. (Yghen isn't directly resilient, but can gain it from She Who Knows).
There are other units that could gain armor, but there's no real reason they would want or need it. So I ask: why does resilience remove armor? They literally keep statuses like shield which are often better than armor. Dwarves are so weak that the extra armor would help them a little.
Now let's look at the case for Yghern. Yghern combos well with Ozzrel, but not with She Who Knows. 13 points of carryover is a lot, and Yghern can be consumed if his armor gets threateningly low. That's makes the combo borderline OP, and is probably the best case for why armor can't be carried over.
I suppose you could also stack up armor on something land eat it with Iris: Shade. But is that really even that bad? It's not like Iris sees play anyway.
What do you guys think? Is armor on resilience OP?
