Why is Dark Willow not played as a mid in higher level Dota?

Hi there, shitter tier dota player here, with lots of experience (started playing dota 1 in 2006).

I main Dark Willow mid in high crusader/low archon and I have not lost a game in over 15 games since the patch dropped. The games that I have lost are usually against illusion carries such as PL or against slippery heroes like weaver, am or riki. If these heroes aren’t picked and the game doesn’t end (ie 2 out of 3 lanes lost) by 25 min, I feel like Willow can just straight up solo carry 1v9 the game with Aghs+MoM and the level 10, 20 & 25 shadow realm/attack speed talents. Before this timing she is still super strong and is one of the heroes with the highest kill threat in the mid lane in all of Dota. Very few heroes can survive unless they have an escape, and if they do you can just murder their safelane once you reach 6.

As a hero that is strong at all stages of the game from start to finish why is it considered a meme by almost everyone??
