More aim assist at lower ranks?!?

So I play on xbox for apex and I'm at diamond rank right now so am not playing with bots at all, but today i was extreamly bored and went on a smurf account I intend to get to diamond with no premades as a challenge and realised somthing while doing this. Is aim assist stronger for lower ranks?

You might be thinking that I'm stupid or somthing after saying this but while in this lower ranked level (bronze somthing) I hit almost every shot and not only that but I was lazering with the r9 aross the map where usually I can't. You might be thinking its because the apponents are worse and don't straif or crouch spam, but it honestly felt like my recoil was dummed down as even with a r9 and bruiser with no stabaliser I never had to think about recoil. I even felt like my redical was sticking to the target, allot.

I never feel this on my main and my settings are the exact same so Im strongly in favour that people in lower ranks get somthing to help there aim more.
