Acceptance of new update

From what I can read or watch about the new update I am, like most, not exactly excited about them. But I do not plan on just quitting the game either. So…. I think the biggest challenge going forward is the crew “rework”. Getting a 5-6 perk crew with all the available crew books, exp bonuses etc is not that difficult but getting 7-8 perk crew member such as a commander still seems mind numbing difficult. Also I have not read/watched anything referencing a new way to train crews faster. With that being said now for my many questions going forward. Is the days of a 5 perk crew being “good enough” over? What perks are going to be the new “must” have for a crew set up? If WG sticks to the only 12 retrain idea will the number of tanks I/you play go down? Even being able to rotate bond equipment between tanks will it really make that big of a difference if you have to rotate that equipment into tanks with subpar crews? Will the new changes speed up or slow down actual game play? More TDs with more camo/accuracy will definitely slow me down in a heavy? Will my medium tanks be so much better that they will speed the games up? Anyway what’s your thoughts on the changes going to be?
