Players Market:
Many of us have a spare crew member that is sitting in barracks unused when changing tanks (hello KV-1s Radio operator)
Have this players market allow us to sell the unwanted crew members, tanks, equipment to other players. WG could tax each sale and take their cut (just like ebay).
New players can buy and try out rare tanks, get that much needed extra crew member, splurge on some sweet camos that older veteran players no longer use.
Free to play players could have another source of gold income by selling on this market. Not everyone can compete in tournaments and clan wars to get gold.
More people playing = more people paying
