They could have fixed it by applying a penalty system instead of removing the whole chat. Like a wall of shame. Imagine in the report options, you have "Reporting positions to enemy team" system checks that you did indeed send positions to enemy chat,
If you get reported for it few times, you get chat banned, credit and xp penalty, and labeled a small UMC next to your name for 1 month (Unsports Manlike Conduct)
Report team position is fixed by punishing those who do it, not by removing the whole fucking enemy chat.
Also instead of banning people all the time for "inappropriate behaviour", before a person sends a offensive message , have a small warning pop out "Your message contains potential offensive words, you run the risk of chat ban for X time…we recommend you adopt a more convenient and respectful speech"
Like dear WOT listen to our Ideas, we are helping you fix the game. We know you only care about money, but at least give us something good in return. Otherwise , patience has its limit, and after 11 years of playing… am starting to consider wether I should play something else…
