Don't usually complain about WG vocally as a lot of people already do that... but this pissed me off.

Here's the context, I do tournaments every week, it is how I get my gold so I can get prem tanks during the advent calendar during Christmas or during other events. The last few weeks my friends and I have noticed a bug in tournaments where the game does not recognize a certain match was played. For example, 2 nights ago I did a 1v1 tournament, I won 4 matches, the game did not recognize I won my second match, and because of this bug I didn't receive my gold from the tournament, now this has happened a couple times now and I was giving WG a few weeks to figure it out but either they don't care or just don't know about it. I sent in a ticket to WG explaining the problem and showing with screenshots that I won the match hoping they would give the gold I earned. Instead I got basically a we don't care statement from WG (or at least that's how I am taking it) oh and it took them 2 days to respond to my ticket. The first 2 screenshots are the same ones I sent to WG showing I won. The third one is there fucking answer. My big question is, what in the hell is the point of a ticket system like this if its gonna take 2 days to answer and then they give you a answer like this?.. this is not happening every tournament, but it is happening like 2 of every 5. I know it doesn't seem like a big deal to most, but it is to me, like I said this is how I get gold, so I can then get premium time and get premium tanks during events.
