How do you react to players who are offensive?

How do you guys handle people who are offensive?

Recently been meeting a few players who are quite offensive in chat. For example, the Heavies front lost the game as we got beaten bad. Then there is this player who spammed "Heavies how can you be so f**king useless"

That player is obviously a great player given his rating (10k) and mastering many tanks and I understand his frustration but what are people like me who are less good suppose to do? Quit the game completely? I for example is only a 4.7k rated player with 4k games in hand and I did try my best, what am I suppose to do?

Edit: Come to think of it I was actually being defensive thinking he was offensive. Thanks everyone to all the great advice. Will keep trying to improve my game and learn from my mistakes going forward to avoid being the useless one in the next game.
