Optimal crew skills on the TL-1 LPC

The TL-1 LPC went on sale today and I've been waiting for this one for a while. I've just came back to the game from being an older player back in 2012, so I'm still trying to understand the crew mechanics.

I am super interested in "maining" the TL-1 LPC. That is to say, fully decking it out with the crew specifically designed for it, playing with food, and using optimal modules.

Here are some questions I have:

1) What would be the best perk path for all the crew members? I know this tank is a bit more of a brawler when it's high tier, and a bit more passive when it's low tier. I also heard some people say fight fighting is a bit more important when you plan to use food, but still not sure if that'd be worth it.

2) How do the mission crew women compare to these BiA "zero-skill" crew? These guys get a free BiA perk, but don't the women get BiA + 6th sense? So are they effectively double-zero crew?

3) If the above is true, would the optimal setup to truely max the crew out be one of the women in command of the 3 other crewmen?
