After hearing the news of WG’s disconnection from RU & BLR, they’ll need some form of new content that continues to pull in more money from players to bolster the transition. I suspect a lot of inflation to the prices of current items in the premium shop, as well as more purchasing opportunities for rare premium tanks. But at some point, they’re going to run out of things to sell eventually. So why not introduce modern armor? That way, it’ll open up even more slots to add new premium tanks and it will be a great way to pull in new players as well as keeping the dedicated current players too.
Introducing modern armor will also mean new maps to go with such tanks, new shells, new modes, etc. The list goes on because with new tanks, so many more ideas can go into the game, keeping it fresh, updated, and competitive with other titles on the market.
