Some tanks have bad rng?

Progetto 54 I love (235 games, wr 52%, avg dmg 1681)! Good tank.
Progetto 66 is the same but.. impossible to have a good game. 38 games: wr 34%, avg dmg 1671. Today's WGR is 3390 after 20 games. With other tanks I get 7500-9000.

I usually spawn into games where either my team is a coward, can't play or we just plain get unicorns with OP tanks vs our paper tanks.

So how does this work? Why do I have a feeling that my Progetto 66 has bad karma or is cursed.. Cost per hit is very, very high. Regular games are around 50% hit ratio from which another 50% do dmg. But mostly I need to shoot 10 shots to pen something. Even with T7 battles. Lately playing mostly with gold but even then can't pen.. sometimes even T8 arty…

Rarely I come out on top with this tank.

RNG, curse or just bad luck for the last 3-4 days in a row? Every other tank plays just fine (WGR 8000-1000)
