STB-1 Equipment?

Hi, I just got the STB-1 and I was wondering what's the best equipment that I can put on it?

Looking at it's stats on tanks.gg it looks like it has really good dispersion values, at .09 and .11 but could have a bit more base accuracy, having a base .35 dispersion, so I thought, IA, right? but then I got to Skill4ltu's index and from 8 players that are displayed there, only 2 use IA, and both are on the secondary set of equipment.

Meanwhile, ALL of them, except one, use Vstabs. Why?

I'm thinking on using Hardening, because with field mods and that it reaches 536 track health, wich is pretty bonkers and means it won't get tracked by many tanks, and bumps the hp from 2k to 2200 But if I do that + rammer, there's only one piece left. So I'm divided between 3 pieces.

1- Turbo, because if you go with the concealment field mod, it goes down to 48kmh, and the turbo will bring it back to 53.

2- Vstabs, because everyone uses them, so even if I don't get why (looking at it's stats on paper), there must be a reason.

3- IA, because the base disperison goes down to .32, or even .31 if I use a bounty one.

Of I can start planning ahead for a double config for when I unlock the field mods.

In which case, maybe:

Turbo, IA, Rammer, for open maps in which I probably want to snipe, and

Vstabs, Hardening, Rammer, for City maps in which I would be closer to the enemy and need the gun handling for faster snap shots / dancing.

But yeah, the main reason I made the post is the Vstabs, with .09 and .11 when moving and traversing, and having a really good aim time at 1.88 with BIA, is it really necessary to use the Vstabs? Why so many people use them? Like, it has better dispersion factors than the Super Conqueror, and almost no one uses Stabs on the super conqueror.
